In chapter 1150 of One Piece, it was quite a spectacle as Imu, currently the strongest character in the One Piece world, demonstrated their immense power in Elbaf. Readers had already anticipated that Imu would be formidable, given their status as a popularly assumed final antagonist of One Piece. However, even seasoned fans were taken aback by just how powerful Imu turned out to be.
Without a doubt, Imu exhibits monstrous abilities that surpass any comparison. What makes them truly terrifying is the addition of a demon army under their command in Elbaf, making them undeniably the most formidable opponent in the world of One Piece.
Imu Uses Their Power In Elbaf
- Imu Has Magic Powers in One Piece
- Imu’s Power Can Turn Others Into Demons
It’s a given that Imu emerges as the most formidable antagonist in the world of One Piece. Given the anticipation surrounding Luffy’s final battle in the Great War, it was only natural for fans to speculate about who would obstruct his path. Many believed that Imu’s abilities would be comparable to those of the Yonko or even the Pirate King. However, chapter 1150 of One Piece reveals otherwise. Imu operates on an entirely unique level, which sets them apart from others, making them truly exceptional.
So this is the power of the Giants of Elbaf! — Imu
In the thrilling chapter 1150 of “One Piece,” I found myself utterly amazed by Imu’s extraordinary abilities! This enigmatic figure seems to possess a mystical Spellbook, granting them powers that leave me speechless. For instance, Imu could amplify the might of any ally nearby, even influencing the colossal creatures born from the imagination of the Elbaf people. But that’s not all! Imu demonstrated the ability to essentially defeat Dorry and Brogy in a single blow, and more remarkably, transform them into their pawns. The devastation Imu wrought upon Dorry, Brogy, and the entire Elbaf nation was staggering, and it seemed clear that they could do the same to anyone else in the country. Imu’s powers are beyond comprehension when it comes to overpowered characters in “One Piece,” as they can bestow immortality, strength enhancements, and even more potent abilities upon their targets.
Imu’s Spellbook Allowed Them To Create A Demon Giant Army
Imu Leads One Piece’s Strongest Army Now
From the outset, it was clear that Imu aimed to control the Giant Demon Army. In collaboration with the World Government, they conducted research to manufacture a giant army and attempted to smuggle some giants into the Navy. Additionally, by manipulating the Holy Knights, Imu sought to persuade the giants to willingly submit, using their children as hostages. Eventually, however, Imu opted to utilize their magical abilities to corrupt the Elbaf Giants and transform them into enslaved demons.
Allow Mu to show thee the dominance of a God! — Imu
Essentially, Imu has agreed to a deal that transfers part of his life in exchange for eternal life, enhanced strength, and additional benefits. This trade-off became apparent towards the end of chapter 1150 in One Piece. It’s worth noting that Imu has formed an indomitable Demon Army, making it highly unlikely for them to be defeated at this moment. What makes this situation even more astonishing is that Imu is operating with a borrowed body, meaning he’s not yet exhibiting his full potential. In simpler terms, we can say that despite the constraints of a possessed body, Imu’s true power surpasses what we currently see.
The Straw Hats And New Giant Pirates Will Have To Fight The Demon Army
Without a doubt, defeating the Demon Army won’t be a walk in the park, but should there be any group in One Piece capable of tackling them, it would undeniably be the Straw Hat Pirates and the New Giant Warrior Pirates. At present, half of the Straw Hats are in the depths of Elbaf, leaving their primary fighting force absent. But once they emerge from the Underworld, fans can expect a grand-scale war in Elbaf, as promised by Oda.
The Straw Hat crew is destined to defeat the Demon Army led by Imu, as shown in the Harley. It’s clear who will partner with whom: Luffy will likely join forces with Loki, while Zoro and Sanji are set to face off against Dorry and Brogy.
It’s highly probable that the Holy Knights will face off against the other members of the Straw Hat crew, receiving assistance from the New Giant Warrior Pirates.
In a week’s time, we’ll be treated to One Piece Chapter 1150! Typically, it gets released every Sunday, but for those in Japan, it’s out at midnight JST on Monday. For most international readers though, you can expect the chapter to be available on May 11. Keep in mind that the official release date is June 1, 2025. If you’re a fan, you can read it for free on Manga Plus!
