A player of Destiny 2 has posted a design, mimicking the appearance of the Mandalorian from Star Wars. Both Destiny 2 and Star Wars, being renowned for their captivating narratives and distinctive characters, often inspire affection among players of Bungie’s shooter game. This affection frequently results in the creation of armor sets within Destiny 2 that are based on characters from the Star Wars universe.

Earlier, a creative player transformed their Titan into C-3PO, the charming yellow droid from the Star Wars movies who is often seen with R2-D2. Another player recently mimicked Captain Enoch from the Star Wars: Ahsoka series, creating an armor set that resembles the Night Troopers’. Now, another member of the community has shared a build inspired by the Star Wars universe, emulating one of its beloved characters.

In a recent post on the DestinyFashion subreddit, a user called fsdogdad shared their process of converting their Hunter character into the famous Mandalorian from the hit Disney+ series. To achieve this look, they employed the Solstice Mask (Majestic), an ornament that notably replicates the helmet sported by Pedro Pascal’s character. The rest of the outfit consists of the Righteous Grips, Wall-watcher Vest, Lucky Pants, and Covert Ranger Cloak, which mimic the cloak worn by the Mandalorian as he journeys through the galaxy.

Inventive Destiny 2 Build Transforms Hunter Into Star Wars Mandalorian

In the construction of their Destiny 2 character, the OP utilized shaders such as Iron Wolf, Cayde’s Duds, Warbrick, and Darkwater Froth. These shaders, which are legendary and were introduced in Seasons 1, 4, 6, and 10, help to bring armor created by players to life. To make the character resemble the Mandalorian, they used the Dead Man’s Tale scout rifle, which closely mirrors the Amban sniper rifle, one of the Mandalorian’s weapons. For a final touch, they painted their Hunter’s Ghost Shell green, symbolizing Grogu, the small creature that accompanies and is eventually adopted by the Mandalorian.

Previously, players have fashioned multiple armor sets inspired by the Star Wars universe. Interestingly, Bungie has officially partnered with this franchise as well. Earlier in the year, a Destiny 2 x Star Wars crossover was launched, introducing three distinct armor sets. As such, Hunters can now emulate Death Troopers, Warlocks can take on the role of Imperial Royal Guard members, and Warlocks can don the famous Stormtrooper attire in Destiny 2.
