On February 17, 2025, the official account of One Piece (previously known as Twitter) shared the official cover art for volume 111 of the series. It has been confirmed that the release date for One Piece Volume 111 is March 4, 2025. This upcoming manga installment marks the beginning of the Elbaf arc and showcases the Straw Hat Pirates in their new outfits, with Loki, a key character from the Elbaf arc, appearing at the back.

One Piece Volume 111 Release Date

The cover not just unveils the principal characters in the Elbaf storyline, but it additionally showcases Loki’s distinctive pink hair color. Earlier, we only had a preliminary drawing to hint at this shade, now the official cover of the volume confirms that indeed, Loki has pink hair.

In a video shared the day before the official reveal, it appears that Eiichiro Oda made multiple adjustments to Loki’s color palette. The final selection included these hues:

  • Red
  • Light Green
  • Dark Green
  • Purple

Ultimately, he settled on pink. Oda used purple for Loki’s cape.

Besides Loki’s distinctive color pattern, the creator of One Piece also disclosed the colors of the Straw Hat Pirates’ attire. Luffy sports a red cape, while Zoro and Sanji have green and blue capes respectively. Nami has a shorter yellowish cape, but the members of the Monster Trio have longer ones. Usopp carries a crossbody bag instead, and Chopper wears an adorable costume, being the last Straw Hat to appear on the cover.

New One Piece Volume Means New SBS

You might have noticed that One Piece Volume 111 will hit shelves on March 4th, 2025, but it’s important to mention that this release date pertains solely to Japan. The English version’s release date for volume 111 hasn’t been announced yet. As of now, the English adaptation is up-to-date with volumes up to and including 107. Interestingly, One Piece Volume 108 and One Piece Volume 111 will both be released on March 4th, 2025, although this coincidence only applies to their respective Japanese releases.

With the arrival of a fresh volume comes fresh SBS insights.
