As a concerned member of the online community and someone who values safety and legality, I find the actions of Squeeze Benz, aka Antonio Ginestri, to be alarming and dangerous. His blatant disregard for road safety laws and apparent involvement in criminal activities is concerning and sets a dangerous precedent for young people who may look up to him as a role model or source of entertainment.

Antonio Ginestri, infamous for questionable content on YouTube under the handle Squeeze Benz, has been taken into custody once again. Known for broadcasting illegal street racing on the platform, Ginestri gained widespread attention in May 2024 following his initial arrest due to a hit-and-run incident live-streamed during one of his videos.

A New York-based influencer who is 19 years old has gained over a million followers on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube since early 2023 by making content about street racing and disregarding traffic laws. Despite some creators encountering accidents, Ginestri’s material is purposefully focused on law-breaking and escaping the authorities. In April 2024, a live stream of one of his hit-and-run incidents was broadcasted on the disputed platform Kick, with N3on filming from the passenger seat. Following this event, N3on’s stream was terminated, and Ginestri was arrested in May. The arrest also involved charges for assault, as he is accused of punching a man at the Steinway Deli in Long Island City in February 2024. Furthermore, in March 2024, he admitted guilt and paid $3000 in fines for possessing a stolen motorcycle.

Since July 2024, Ginestri has been under suspicion for a series of burglaries and other crimes. Previously, he had a record of encounters with the law. An incident involving him fleeing from law enforcement occurred in February 2024 and led to his most recent arrest. These offenses were reportedly committed in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. Although Ginestri conceals his identity on social media, his distinctive luxury cars are easily identifiable. His mugshot from May was also publicly accessible.

Alleged Evidence and Charges Against Squeeze Benz

According to reports, the gray BMW x7 that the man is said to have driven was allegedly stolen, with its license plate obscured. He seemingly flaunts his disregard for the law by sharing videos of himself performing donuts around police cars and speeding away from law enforcement on his Instagram page. These clips have also been posted on his other two social media accounts. The authorities used these videos and the man’s previous arrest record to connect him to one of the three suspects seen in the surveillance footage committing the suspected robberies.

A sixteen-year-old boy, who has not been identified and was present during Ginestri’s past arrest, is among those detained in connection to the stolen car incident. This juvenile is also being charged with Ginestri for his involvement in a crime as a minor. At present, Ginestri remains in Bergen County Jail in New Jersey without any recent activity on his social media accounts such as YouTube, TikTok, or Instagram. The current situation of the third suspect and the juvenile is unknown.
