As a seasoned gamer with over two decades under my belt, I must say that Zenless Zone Zero‘s upcoming update has me more than intrigued! The “Virtual Revenge” content, set to drop on November 6th, promises an engaging narrative and fresh gameplay elements.
In November, Zenless Zone Zero will receive its significant Update 1.3, introducing the “Virtual Revenge” content. A fresh trailer is being prepared to excite fans before the game’s release on November 6th.
“You are the top-notch warriors of New Eridu. Your battle skills are unrivaled. As the one commanding this system, I hold a divine power, allowing me to act freely.
Guided by Hoshimi Miyabi, Section 6 (H.S.O.S. 6) is an elite tactical team that rapidly responds to situations involving the Hollow threat. In Version 1.3, Proxies will carry out missions assigned by the Hollow Investigative Association (HIA), working alongside Yanagi and other Section 6 members. After the conclusion of “Tour de Inferno,” it’s time for the Outer Ring to celebrate Settlement Days. During this festive occasion, Proxies will enjoy the lively atmosphere while sharing in ongoing triumphs with Lighter. Additionally, special episodes featuring Yanagi and Lighter will be offered as bonus content. These episodes provide more insight into Yanagi’s character and offer players a chance to control Lighter in a side-scrolling gameplay mode.
The new main story will feature new characters. Yanagi, the Deputy Chief of Section 6, is an S-level Electric – Anomaly Agent who can rapidly accumulate Anomaly Buildup and increase the whole team’s Disorder damage. Wielding her Naginata, Yanagi’s Ex Special Attack triggers extra Polarity Disorder which can rapidly deal massive amounts of damage to enemies. The other powerful S-level character is Lighter, known as “The Champion” of the Sons of Calydon. He is a Fire – Stun Agent who racks up Morale and stuns enemies with a flurry of punches while lowering their Ice and Fire Resistances. Once his Morale reaches a certain level, his combat strength and skills will be reinforced. In addition, 2 new A-level Bangboo Baddieboo and Knightboo will be introduced in this new update.
Two additional features will be introduced with the update: The Enigma of Arpeggio Fracture and the Virtual Combat Challenge. More information can be found below.
In the game The Mystery of Arpeggio Fault, you’ll encounter five distinct chapters, each producing unique, randomly generated settings filled with Resonia and resources. As you navigate these environments, you’ll tackle challenges that reward a variety of in-game items, such as Knightboo. Additionally, there’s the battle tower Simulated Battle Trial where you can hone your combat skills. The higher you progress, the tougher the adversaries become. By achieving specific levels, you’ll earn Polychromes and Badges, which can be showcased on your Personal Homepage alongside the newly introduced Titles in Version 1.3.
To wrap things up, it’s important to note that there are additional optimizations and general improvements in this update. Now, you can adorn the second level of Random Play with gadgets purchased from San-Z at Lumina Square. Furthermore, keep an eye out for upcoming events.
