As a long-time gaming enthusiast who’s seen more than a few console generations come and go, I must say that the return of Xbox’s 14-day PC Game Pass for just $1 is like finding a golden ticket in a Wonka Bar! With access to games like Call of Duty: Black Ops 6, it’s hard not to get excited.
As a gamer, I’m thrilled that Xbox has reintroduced their 14-day PC Game Pass subscription priced at just $1! This deal grants me access to an array of games, including the action-packed Call of Duty: Black Ops 6.
The deal had been taken off before Black Ops 6 launched on October 27, 2024. But now, the publisher has reinstated it for people who are interested in giving the service a try.
On Xbox.com, they’ve mentioned that my monthly subscription will auto-renew for $9.99 unless I choose to manually cancel it through my Microsoft account.
Although this offer on Black Ops 6 is generally seen as one of the best in gaming, some online users have expressed criticism due to the concern that it might allow cheaters to purchase the game at a lower cost.
Lately, the security measures of Call of Duty’s Ricochet anti-cheat system have faced intense scrutiny for failing to prevent cheaters effectively. Yesterday, a developer from Riot Games, formerly known as Twitter, publicly highlighted some major issues with it.
It’s uncertain if the PC Game Pass offer will lead to more cheaters in Call of Duty, but for individuals who aren’t fans of Call of Duty, this deal remains an excellent opportunity to test out the service and its diverse game library at a great price.
