ASI Alliance Moving Forward On SingularityNET Endorsement

An innovative move by AGIX holders, this new advancement signifies the genesis of the biggest open-source and decentralized network’s construction.

The proposed network aims to speed up the creation of decentralized Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) and subsequently, Advanced Synthetic Intelligence (ASI). SingularityNET values the involvement of its members in the decision-making process and their contribution to this mission.

A large majority of AGIX token owners have given their approval for the ASI Alliance proposal. We’re thrilled to share this news with you.
With this groundbreaking choice, we’re establishing the biggest open-source and decentralized community, designed to rapidly advance… (advancement of what is not clear in original text)

Significant collaboration: SingularityNET, Fetch AI, and Ocean Protocol have joined forces. After thoughtful discussions, they’ve chosen to combine their tokens into a single one named ASI.

The aim is to create a single AI platform called ASI Alliance by merging AGIX, FET, and OCEAN tokens. This merged token is expected to have a total worth of approximately $7.5 billion when all diluted shares are taken into account.

According to the contract’s stipulations, the merger won’t affect the unique functioning of SingularityNET, Fetch AI, or Ocean Protocol as distinct entities. Each company will carry on operating independently. However, they will need to work together under the leadership of SingularityNET CEO Ben Goertzel via the Superintelligence Collective. Executives from Fetch AI and Ocean Protocol will also contribute in various other capacities.

The impressive accomplishment needed the endorsement of the members in each AI firm’s community. Consequently, the ASI token merge voting went online a few days afterwards. An announcement was made on SingularityNET’s subreddit that AGIX token holders on Cardano and Ethereum could now cast their votes for this significant merger.

At the time, Fetch AI had equally commenced voting leaving out Ocean Protocol.

ASI Alliance Promoting AI and Blockchain Integration

After securing backing from various communities engaged in the merger, the ASI Alliance platform appears poised for realization at last.

“Exciting news! The ASI Alliance is unveiling the largest global decentralized platform, dedicated to speeding up the development of Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) and Artificial Superintelligence (ASI).”

The coming of the ASI Alliance is another milestone in the integration of AI and blockchain, a move that is fast becoming a trend amongst digital asset projects. AI tokens, one of the results of this AI-blockchain merger, are currently performing optimally in the crypto market. Sam Altman’s Worldcoin (WLD) experienced a price boost of up to 200% in February

The supportive vote of SingularityNET members could have been influenced by the ongoing optimistic trend leading up to the merger.
