The surprise release of Borderlands Mobile raises questions about what the “coming soon” labels mean for character classes and cosmetic items. Are they for content you can unlock, or are they placeholders for features that might not be in the game yet? Even with what’s currently available – the Summoner class and existing content – Borderlands Mobile seems to offer the variety that Borderlands 4 fans have been hoping for. Action is a core element of most shonen stories, with battles often driving the plot and character power levels playing a key role. With the next season of Frieren promising significant fights, it’s natural to ask: who are the most powerful characters in the series so far?

Throughout the year, we’ll be learning about more romance anime planned for 2026, and many will announce when they’re scheduled to air – especially as the Summer and Fall seasons still have plenty of openings. I’m a huge fan of Record of Ragnarok, and one of the coolest fighters has to be Apollo, the Greek Sun God! He faced off against Leonidas in the ninth round, and it was incredible. As you’d expect, Apollo’s powers are all about the sun, but instead of fire, he manipulates light – it’s a really unique take! His ultimate move, Embrace of the Eternal Midnight Sun, just unleashes everything he’s got. It was seriously powerful, and he actually won the fight – a fantastic battle to watch!

A new skin is coming for the hero Sierra, giving her a fresh look. Unlike her standard outfit with a beret and pink ponytail, this battle pass skin shows her in more relaxed clothing. She’s wearing a paint-splattered waistcloth and a backwards cap, and her hair is now dark instead of pink. While her appearance changes, key elements like her crop top and drone holder stay the same. Interestingly, this skin doesn’t fit with the elven theme of Season 2, making it a unique addition.

It’s common for competitive Pokemon players to use creatures from older games – we saw this a lot in Scarlet and Violet with Pokemon like Calyrex and Urshifu. This practice of needing to own previous games to access top-tier competitive Pokemon has become quietly accepted. Now, the same is happening with Pokemon Champions, and it’s particularly noticeable with Pokemon Legends: Z-A. This game is unique and doesn’t appeal to all players, and the issue centers around the exclusive Pokemon, Eternal Flower Floette and Mega Floette.

The final season of Dr. Stone is back with its last batch of episodes, and it’s starting off well. The most impactful moment so far is a new, terrifying message from Why-Man: “DO YOU WANT TO DIE?” It’s the scariest thing the series has done yet, because the threat is both direct and unclear. Now, the focus is entirely on launching a mission to the moon, as seen in the episode “FIRE,” and Senku Ishigami is determined to make it happen.

In 1999, Yoshihiro Togashi, the creator of Hunter x Hunter and YuYu Hakusho, married Naoko Takeuchi, who created Sailor Moon. This union made them a celebrated couple in the anime community. Recently, Togashi shared a heartwarming social media post praising his wife’s support and unveiled new illustrations featuring beloved characters from both of their works.
