In Guild Wars 2, we’re getting ready for “Absolution,” the concluding chapter of the Janthir Wilds expansion, set to release on June 3rd. This significant update leads players deep into Bava Nisos, where they’ll uncover the roots of the Titan crisis. Expect more events and announcements throughout the summer as part of this Guild Wars 2 saga.

In the game “Guild Wars 2,” enthusiasts embarked on a diplomatic journey to the Isle of Janthir, only for the situation to escalate perilously as terrifying Titans emerged throughout the territory. Following their victory against these Titans during the “Godspawn” update, players then ventured into the Mistburned Barrens in “Repentance,” tracing back the gate they entered through, a location that was hinted at by the dying breaths of Titan Ura.

Currently, “Guild Wars 2” is gearing up to wrap up its storyline with “Absolution,” the closing chapter of the ongoing expansion. Having explored the desolate edges of Bava Nisos in the “Repentance” update for “Guild Wars 2”, the Wayfinder will venture deeper into the heart of the destroyed Mursaat city to confront the root of the crisis, seal the gateway, and put an end to the Titans’ peril forever. With over 300 years spent twisted by the magic of the Titans and Mursaat, players can anticipate encountering grotesque monsters, dreamlike landscapes, and otherworldly hazards in the gripping finale of “Janthir WIlds”.

In this Bava Nisos region, an extensive, game-wide meta-event unfolds with grandeur. Players have the opportunity to select among three paths as they advance towards the core of the ruined urban landscape, aiming to seal the Mists gate. They’ll collaborate with various factions of the Tyrian Alliance, including Councillor Ludo from Rata Sum, and a lively guest hailing from Divinity’s Reach’s exclusive social club.

In addition to the main enhancements, “Absolution” also introduces several other game upgrades. The Mount Balrior raid now includes a third Convergences boss encounter with Ura, along with a challenge mode. The new Kinfall fractal dungeon is part of the update, and its challenge mode will be accessible starting June 24. Furthermore, the item limit for Homesteads in “Guild Wars 2” is being increased to 2,000 items. To streamline inventory management, tools like the Wizard’s Portal Tome and the Wizard’s Gobbler are being introduced. Additionally, a variety of events and activities are planned throughout the summer season.
