A delightful festival has been added to the Fields of Mistria schedule as part of its third significant update within the charming game. Known as the Harvest Festival, this event takes place during autumn in the world of Fields of Mistria, offering a multitude of adorable and warm activities. These include participating in the Queen Berry competition, interacting with NPCs who dance, picking an abundance of pumpkins, and much more.
In this guide for the Fields of Mistria Harvest Festival, I’ll share my top tips for locating those elusive Queen Berries, ensuring you have the best chance to snag all the competition’s fantastic rewards. Plus, I’ll give you an insider look at how to fully immerse yourself in the festivities and pay tribute to this cherished annual event. Enjoy!
How to Start the Harvest Festival

During the Harvest Festival of Mistia, which happens on the 10th day of Fall, preparations for this grand occasion start as early as the 7th day of Fall when you step out of your house. Upon leaving, you’ll encounter a brief scene featuring Reina who informs you about the upcoming Harvest Festival and requests assistance in gathering Queen Berries prior to the event commencement.
Additionally, there are rewards up for grabs for those who gather the most Queen Berries in the coming days, as well as a rare Mistrian Berry that becomes available only on the eve of the Harvest Festival. Prizes will be given out not just for the first place winner, but also for second and third place finishers. So, let’s start gathering now!
During the Harvest Festival, it appears as a mission in the quest log, allowing you to track your collected Queen Berries and more. Alternatively, you can check your inventory for the same information. If you’re eager to participate in the Harvest Festival but find yourself with some time to spare before fall begins in your current game year, consider loading a saved game from around day 7 of Fall, if available.
Where to Find Queen Berries in Fields of Mistria (Best Queen Berry Farming Locations)
Locating Queen Berries in the mystical landscape of Mistria shares a resemblance with discovering Breath of Spring during the Spring Festival. Both can be obtained as potential rewards following specific tasks completion. While you may stumble upon Queen Berries through routine actions such as felling trees and gathering Cattail Fluff, it’s worth noting that the optimal location to farm them is within the Mines.
In the video provided, it is demonstrated that you can gather many Queen Berries by excavating rocks on the upper levels of the Mines. The advantage here is that you won’t have to venture too far to collect a large quantity of these berries.
Harvest Festival Competition and Rewards
On the tenth day of fall, as the Harvest Festival commences, Reina returns to your residence once more to gather any Queen Berries you may have harvested.
Following a sequence involving Reina, you’re welcome to proceed to the town square where the vibrant Harvest Festival awaits, embellished with autumnal decorations and colorful flags.
To witness the upcoming event, gather a few Queen Berries prior to Day 10, because it appears that if you fail to do so, there’s a chance Reina might inform you that the festival won’t begin if no berries are collected.

Upon reaching the town square, the Queen Berry Contest kicks off. Should you have accumulated enough Queen Berries, you stand a chance to win a prize. Approximately 25 Queen Berries are needed for third place, and the Harvest Festival Centerpiece reward is worth 500 Tesserae.
How to Ask Someone to Dance at the Fields of Mistia Harvest Festival
At the Harvest Festival, you could request one of the bachelors or bachelorettes from the town of Mistria to dance with you. If you interact with the festival’s town NPCs, you’ll see a ‘Dance with Me’ option next to those eligible for a dance. Sometimes, Elsie might inquire if you plan to ask someone to dance. Choosing the dance option will lead to an endearing and unforgettable dance sequence featuring your selected character.
