The Capsule Corp timeline presents a unique take on the Dragon Ball universe. In this version, Goku and Vegeta have lived through every story arc from the original Dragon Ball all the way to Dragon Ball Super, including all the movies like The Tree of Might and both versions of the Broly film. Because of the constant, intense battles they’ve faced, the Saiyans from this timeline—Goku and Vegeta—are significantly more powerful than their counterparts in the official Dragon Ball story.

Jeremy Slater, born in 1978, has been a writer for several well-known series and films in recent years. He first gained significant recognition with the 2015 film Fantastic Four, though he’s noted the final version was quite different from his original script. His other projects include the 2017 live-action Death Note movie, Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire, and episodes of the popular shows Umbrella Academy and Moon Knight.

Fans of the God of War series have a lot to look forward to! A new spin-off game, Sons of Sparta, just came out, and there’s a lot of talk about what the next main God of War game will be. Recent rumors suggest it could be another spin-off featuring Kratos’ wife, Faye, and the Norse god Tyr as the two main characters. This is different from what many people expected – a new game set in a completely different location, like Egypt.

In ARC Raiders, players used to get up to five Skill Points when they started a new account – a process called “departing.” These points permanently boost stats like stamina and fighting ability. Recently, the game changed how these Skill Points are earned, now awarding them based on how much damage players inflict on enemies. While most players liked this change, it caused some debate, leading the developers to extend the third in-game event. Soon after, another problem arose: some players weren’t receiving their earned rewards.

While many shonen anime are arguably slightly better than Bleach, it still stands out as a strong series. It’s often considered the weakest of the major three, but Bleach boasts impressive fight scenes and explores surprisingly thoughtful themes about life and the world. This means it can really only be rivaled by the very best dark anime, and even then, usually only in specific areas like animation quality or how quickly the story moves.

These things are intentionally made to feel unsettling by combining different elements, and it interestingly brings up a question I often consider: can video games achieve a similar effect?

After being announced way back in 2020, the game 007 First Light is almost here, launching in just two weeks. Development hasn’t been easy. The first gameplay reveal in September 2025 received a mixed response. Players were interested in the game’s stealth features, but the demonstration suffered from significant performance issues, especially during a final shootout scene.
