Will The Battlefield 6 Beta Get a Server Browser?
During the Battlefield 6 Open Beta, there won’t be a server browser available, instead, you can expect to use Custom Search.
In a recent blog post, Electronic Arts introduced a new feature called Custom Search. This innovative tool allows gamers to customize their search for matches by choosing specific maps and game modes such as Conquest on Siege of Ciaro. The matchmaking system will then place you in a game that meets your selected criteria (if one is available).
During the second week of the open beta for Battlefield 6, you’ll have the opportunity to utilize Custom Search across your Open Weapon mode playlists, offering you unrestricted exploration.
A key demand from the Battlefield 6 community is the incorporation of a server browser feature, and Electronic Arts’ teams have taken notice. Lately, DICE has been seeking opinions from users on social media about what makes a server browser crucial to them.
