A new update, Timeline of Fate, has arrived in Cookie Run Kingdom, and players are already busy collecting all the new items! Following the recent, fun K-Pop Demon Hunters collaboration, this update focuses on expanding the game’s story and characters, adding exciting new lore and Cookies.
Okay, so the event is ending around the first week of June, which is awesome news! That gives even late bloomers like me time to snag all the new Cookies, jump into the events, and stock up on goodies. If you’re wondering what this ‘Timeline of Fate’ update is all about, this guide is going to be super helpful to get you started and finish everything. I’m gonna read through it, and you should too!

What’s Included in the Timeline of Fate Update in Cookie Run Kingdom
All New Cookies
The new Timeline of Fate update brings two fresh Cookies to the game: Timekeeper Cookie and Ash Salt Cookie. Although this update features fewer new Cookies than the previous one, players were very excited for both of these additions. Timekeeper Cookie has quickly become a dominant force in the Arena, even surpassing Eternal Sugar Cookie in player-versus-player battles. Here’s a brief overview of what each Cookie brings to the game:
| Timeline of Fate Cookies | Rarity | Type | Position | Attack Element |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Timekeeper Cookie | Legendary | Magic | Middle | Light |
| Ash Salt Cookie | Epic | Ambush | Front | Darkness |
Unique Events
There are nine new events happening now with lots of rewards! Most of them help you earn Clockwork Cogs, the special currency used to unlock Timekeeper Cookie. To help you quickly get the most currency, we’ve organized a list of the events from easiest to hardest.
| Event | How to Complete? | Rewards |
|---|---|---|
| Clockwork Cogs | There are four tiers of missions you need to do. The first three have 15, 18, and 24 tasks. The fourth tier wants you to finish all 57 challenges from the earlier tiers. There is also a Daily Missions tab with four tasks that reset every day. | 8,780 Clockwork Cogs, Chrono Toppings, regular items |
| Adventures in Timeline of Fate | Play through the Timeline of Fate world exploration chapter, clear stages in each episode (there are three available so far), and finish the Exploration Logbook. | 10,000 Clockwork Cogs, regular items |
| CookieChat Friend Guide | Wrap up all six CookieChat-related tasks listed in the event banner. | 300 Clockwork Cogs, building items |
| Path of Timeline | This event can only be played after you obtain Timekeeper Cookie, since the challenges are linked to her. There are three stages, each with multiple missions, such as using Timekeeper Cookie in Arena, upgrading her skills, and promoting her. | 11,400 Clockwork Cogs, Across All Time (title), Chrono Toppings, daily goodies |
| Arcade Arena Challenge | Use seasonal Cookies (check the season info) to win PvP battles in the temporary Arcade Arena. | 400 Clockwork Cogs, Chrono Toppings, regular items |
| Costume Event Gacha | Pull from the Black Sapphire and Candy Apple Costume gachas. You are limited to 50 pulls. | Rainbow Cubes, Magic Cookie Cutters |
| Icing Gacha Event | Use Choco Chalks in Sugar Coat Cookie’s Salon. The event finishes after 50 draws, but you’ll need to spend more if you want to fully obtain the Director of TBD (Timekeeper Cookie–inspired) icing/outfit for your MyCookie. | Director of TBD outfit, Sugar Coat Fabric, Choco Chalks, Honey Floss |
| The Crispy Debut of Bites! | You’ll need a total of 23 likes. Make sure to watch all the event banner storylines, complete the secret comment tasks, and claim all available hearts. | Number One BITES Fan (title), Rainbow Cubes, daily items |
| Rythm Workshop | Finish 3,000 Hammer Smashes in the Rhythm Workshop mini-game when it’s available in Town Square, and achieve 30x combos. | BITES MyCookie outfit, Rythm Master (title), regular stuff |

Timeline of Fate Chapter
The developers of Cookie Run Kingdom have added a new story chapter featuring Crispia and Beast Yeast. It currently includes a prologue and two episodes: Prologue Timeline Odyssey (with 33 stages), Episode 1: Ash-Bound Soul (42 stages), and Episode 2: Wheel of Fate (coming soon). This new content uses a special energy called Fate Stamina Jelly, which is different from the usual Juicy or Stamina Jellies.
Okay, so there’s this adventure journal in Cookie Run Kingdom, and it’s cool because it doesn’t stick around forever. To fill it out – this thing is called the Timeline of Fate Exploration Logbook – I need to replay levels. Not just once, though! I have to beat stages on Normal and Hard difficulties in every episode to collect relic fragments, memories, and frames. It’s a bit of a grind, but it looks like it’s worth it to unlock everything!
Arcade Arena
The Arcade Arena is now open, letting you use your strongest Epic Cookies in player-versus-player battles! Now’s your chance to show off how well you’ve built your teams. Keep in mind that certain Cookies released during specific seasons will give you a significant edge, so be sure to include them to maximize your chances of winning.
This special mode won’t be available forever and will be removed with the next update. It has four seasons, so be sure to check it out! Completing the mode can reward you with up to eight Timekeeper Cookie Soulstones, and you can also purchase Ash Salt from the in-game shop.
Black Sapphire & Candy Apple Outfits
Okay, so I’m super excited because they’ve released magician outfits for Black Sapphire Cookie and Candy Apple Cookie! You can get Black Sapphire’s outfit through the Legendary Costume Gacha, but Candy Apple’s is available in both the Legendary and Standard Gachas – so more chances to get it! You use Rainbow Cubes to try and pull them, and the more you pull, the better your chances become. Here’s a breakdown of the probabilities for each one on their banners…
- Candy Apple Cookie’s The Feast of Corruption Costume (1.0500%)
- Black Sapphire Cookie’s The Black Blight Costume (0.8200%)
Timekeeper Pass
Okay, so there’s this Timekeeper Pass you can level up, and it’s awesome! It lets you grab even more of that special cookie currency, which is great for summoning. Plus, every day you get a little bonus – things like Beascuit Dough, Epic Soul Essence, Butter Amber, and even Fate Stamina Jelly. It’s really helpful for powering up my team and keeping me going!
Currently, all challenges involve completing things in Arcade Arena, exploring the world for bounties, collecting rewards from the Bear Jelly Train, and finishing daily missions.
