I’ve always been a huge Netflix fan – for years, they were the place to go for streaming! While they’re still a leader, there are so many more options now, which means juggling multiple subscriptions just to find what you want. I love that Netflix has a great selection of Christmas movies for everyone, from heartwarming family films to grown-up favorites, and even some originals. But with so much choice, it can be overwhelming! That’s why I put together this list – to help you find the perfect Christmas movie to cozy up with, a warm drink, and some treats.

As a gamer, I’ve been following the whole debate around AI in games, and it’s been pretty wild. It really hit a nerve when Larian Studios, the team behind Baldur’s Gate 3, said they used AI during the early stages of development – a lot of fans weren’t happy about that. But things really blew up when the Indie Game Awards had to take back the wins from Clair Obscur: Expedition 33. Now, Blue Prince, this awesome puzzle rogue-like that everyone’s been raving about for 2025, is officially the winner instead. It’s sparked a huge conversation about what’s fair and ethical when it comes to using AI in game development.

So, GFA Games is a brand new team, and this is their first game! Their recent roadmap looks really promising for the near future, though it’s hard to say what things will look like long-term right now. I’m excited to see where they go with it!

You know how sometimes a game just takes over everything, and it feels like nothing else is even happening? That’s happened to a few games I really love. When bigger titles came out around the same time, they kinda got lost in the shuffle, and people didn’t really notice them at first. But honestly, it’s not just that. Luckily, a lot of these older games, especially JRPGs, have gotten remasters, which is awesome because it let me and a lot of other fans rediscover them. And even though they’re technically old now, they still play really well and are totally worth checking out!

Several companies from various industries – like traditional sports, media, and entertainment – are reportedly interested in buying the asset.

Meanwhile, in the shadowy world of energy, an insatiable beast awakens: AI data demand! The Electric Reliability Council of Texas (ERCOT, or as I like to call it, the “Energy Riddle Committee of Texas”) reports a monstrous surge in large-load requests-jumping from a modest 63 GW to a staggering 226 GW. And guess what? Three-quarters of this chaos is courtesy of those ever-hungry data centers, shoveling data faster than a lazy waiter in a cheap restaurant. 🍽️📊
A new analysis reveals vulnerabilities in the pseudorandom error-correcting codes used to protect AI-generated content, potentially undermining efforts to track its origin.
