In the “Other” category of the Food Collection within the game ‘Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes (Snake Eater)’ edition, you’ll find nine distinct food items. One of these items is available exclusively during a particular boss battle.

Equip a Hornets’ Nest during the battle, then let The Pain cover your body with bees and immobilize you. This will transform the Hornets’ Nest into The Pain Hornets’ Nest. Make sure to eat it ASAP to log it in your Food Collection.

In Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater, if you manage to sample and finish at least one dish from every item on the menu, you’ll earn the Gastronome achievement/trophy. This comes with a special reward – the EZ Gun. Usually exclusive to Very Easy mode, this non-lethal pistol has unlimited ammo and doesn’t produce any sound when fired. What’s more, it enhances your Camo Index, making you harder to spot by enemies. The EZ Gun is an exceptional reward from the original PS2 version, and it remains just as valuable in MGS Delta.
