The game known as “Story of Seasons: Grand Bazaar” is essentially a revamped version of the “Harvest Moon: Grand Bazaar” released on Nintendo DS. Much like its predecessor, it retains most elements from the “Harvest Moon” series, including the annual Flower Festival. However, unlike the original, the Flower Festival in “Story of Seasons: Grand Bazaar” spans over just two days and features modified Friendship Point dynamics.
Flower Festival In SoS Grand Bazaar – Story of Seasons: Grand Bazaar
At the Flower Celebration within SoS Grand Bazaar, your goal is to present as many blooms as you can to the residents during this period. The aim is to win the accolade of Best Neighbor. This festivity spans approximately 24 hours, commencing from noon on Spring 11, and concluding at noon on Spring 12. Flowers given outside of this timeframe do not contribute towards your Flower Festival score.
If you extend the festival past 12 PM on Spring 12, any flowers given afterward won’t be considered part of the festival tally.
How To Win The Flower Festival In SoS Grand Bazaar – Story of Seasons: Grand Bazaar
To triumph at the Flower Festival in Story of Seasons: Grand Bazaar, it’s essential to surpass or equal the number of flowers gifted by the non-player winner. For instance, during the first year, Wilbur might win with approximately 17 flowers given, so players will secure victory if they also give away 17 or more flowers. Since this figure may fluctuate yearly, it’s advisable to aim for more than 20 flowers as a general target.
To ensure that every village resident receives a unique gift per day at the Flower Festival, you might need to hold off on distributing more gifts until tomorrow, should you find yourself running low on the number of flower gifts available.
Friendship Point From The Flower Festival In SoS Grand Bazaar – Story of Seasons: Grand Bazaar

At the Flower Festival, not just for the enjoyment and prizes, but it offers an excellent opportunity to boost Friendship Points with everyone. By presenting a regular flower as a gift, you can earn 300 Friendship Points (FP) – even if the character doesn’t typically appreciate that kind of gift. For instance, giving Arata a Chamomile will net you +300 FP during the festival, despite him usually not favoring such gifts.
During the Flower Festival, giving a bloom doesn’t affect your daily gift tally, so you’re free to send an additional regular gift as well. Just remember to consider their preferences carefully to avoid surprising someone with a flower they may not particularly enjoy.
Participating in the festival and securing a victory earns a bonus of 200 Festival Points (FP) for all participants. Conversely, if you lose, the reward will be only 100 Festival Points instead.
