Chapter 1160 has concluded with news of a one-week break. As a result, One Piece chapter 1161 will be released on September 28th instead of the usual September 21st. This will be the final chapter published in September.

Even putting those usual breaks aside, there are other times when One Piece doesn’t release a chapter because of decisions made by Shueisha, the publisher. These often coincide with holidays, like the break in August.
One Piece Chapter 1159 is scheduled for release this week, typically on Sundays. While it becomes available in Japan at midnight on Monday (JST), most international fans will be able to read it on August 31. The official release date is September 7, 2025, and the chapter will be available for free on Manga Plus.
