If you need Rags in *Dying Light: The Beast*, the Vanity Store Dark Zone in Old Town is the best place to find them. You’ll unlock this area after finishing the initial quests when you begin *Dying Light: The Beast*. You can go there right after you’re free to explore Castor Woods – just travel north of the town hall.
