Zeebit to Launch Microgaming Web3 Platform

As a seasoned blockchain analyst with a background in gaming and decentralized finance, I’m excited to share my perspective on Zeebit’s upcoming launch of their decentralized gaming platform on Solana, in collaboration with Sonic.

A noncustodial protocol called Zeebit has revealed its intentions to introduce a decentralized gaming platform on the Solana blockchain.

Using the Sonic Virtual Machine (SVM), this platform is engineered to handle large-scale decentralized applications (dApps). Transactions and settlement are processed on the Solana mainnet (L1). As part of our strategic plan, Zeebit’s existing platform on Solana will be transitioned to Sonic L2, encompassing all player records, statistics, and points.

The platform will be underpinned by verifiable and provable fairness and noncustodial settlement.

“Through our partnership with Sonic, we’ve been able to make the most of the improved SVM functionality over the past few months. This has allowed us to develop new categories of games and experiences on Zeebit. As one of the initial platforms launching on Sonic, we’re excited to provide users with an early look at what Sonic has to offer and give them a chance to contribute to its expansion,” Bayzian, a key member of the Zeebit team, explained.

As a researcher following the developments at Zeebit, I’m excited to share that we are preparing for the upcoming deployment of our platform onto the Sonic testnet in the near future. This initial phase will introduce a blend of current and innovative games for users to explore. Following this testing period, we plan to execute a mainnet launch, complete with a collection of incentivized initiatives specifically designed for gamers and on-chain participants.

Partakers can collect Zeebit points and Sonic rings during the event as rewards. These points and rings can then be cashed in at a later time.
