The recent ‘Riven Tides’ update for ARC Raiders hasn’t been well-received by players, which is disappointing for Embark Studios, especially as it was intended to be the culmination of their Escalation roadmap. While the update included several new features – a coastal map, the Arc Turbine, a beachcombing condition, a new tool, items, blueprints, a revamped expedition system, and a treasure hunting mechanic – player feedback suggests it didn’t live up to expectations despite sounding promising on paper.

Okay, so Delphox is seriously cool. It’s the final evolution of Fennekin, and it first showed up in Pokemon X and Y. It’s a Fire and Psychic type, which is a really awesome combo. Honestly, it’s one of my favorite Fire starters because it looks amazing and hits hard with its special attacks. I mean, it can learn moves like Flamethrower, Psychic, and Shadow Ball – it’s a powerhouse! I think it’s easily one of the strongest fully evolved Fire Pokemon out there.

Unless Nintendo unexpectedly releases something new, the next exclusive game for the Switch 2 will be Yoshi and the Mysterious Book on May 21st, followed by Splatoon Raiders on July 23rd. While a release date hasn’t been confirmed yet, Fire Emblem: Fortune’s Weave is also expected to launch this summer for the Switch 2, giving owners of Nintendo’s newest console a lot of exciting games to anticipate in the coming months.

In 2016, the Special Edition arrived on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, featuring improvements and all previously released downloadable content. The game continued to expand to new platforms, appearing on Nintendo Switch and in virtual reality in 2017. Amazingly, a version even launched for Amazon Alexa in 2018. More recently, the Anniversary Edition was released for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S in 2021, and a digital-only edition came to Nintendo Switch last year.
