This memory reveals Jarul was a trusted friend to the late King Harald. We also see he was one of the few people on Elbaf who didn’t fear or dislike Loki, and they even spoke amicably. A surprising theory suggests that Mosa is actually the famous pirate, Davy D. Xebec. While most fans believe Xebec died at God Valley, a growing number think he somehow survived, possibly with help from a key character in the series.

The bond between Xebec and King Harald was unusual, but many fans already consider it one of the best friendships in *One Piece*. Although it was believed Xebec died at God Valley, this theory suggests Harald rescued him while he was near death, taking him to Elbaf and the currently unexplored Heaven Realm. While it’s a long shot, this would be an amazing plot twist.
