As a long-time reader of Invincible, I’ve noticed the show seems to shy away from some of the really tough, impactful moments from the comics. And honestly, a lot of us who love Debbie’s character are worried about seeing her development sidelined just to get back with Nolan, especially considering his past behavior. It’s a big part of what makes Invincible so compelling – the idea that even someone who’s messed up can earn redemption if they genuinely work for it and show they’ve changed. If the show cuts or alters Debbie and Nolan’s potential reunion, it feels like they’re sacrificing a really important theme – forgiveness and growth – just to avoid making viewers uncomfortable, and that’s the opposite of what the comic is all about.

I was instantly captivated when Maxis released the initial gameplay trailer for The Sims 4‘s Royalty & Legacy Expansion Pack. Yvonne is a powerful Cryo damage dealer, but she needs her teammates to consistently apply the Cryo status effect. Characters like Xaihi, Snowshine, and Last Rite work well with her in battle. The goal is to quickly build up three or four stacks of Cryo, then have Yvonne use her abilities to consume those stacks for a huge damage burst and convert the enemies to a ‘Solidified’ state. Applying Cryo also charges Yvonne’s ultimate ability, which she can then use on Solidified enemies for another massive damage attack.

As a fan, I have to say the way they released Highguard was… interesting, to say the least! They first showed it off at The Game Awards 2025, but after that, it was radio silence for months. It turns out they were planning a total shadow drop, kind of like what Apex Legends did. And it definitely got people talking – the game blew up on Steam right away with tons of reviews and players jumping in. But… it hasn’t been a smooth launch. A lot of those initial reviews were negative, and right now the game is sitting at a “Mixed” rating on Steam. Only about 43% of players are giving it a positive review, which is a tough spot to be in right after launch.

Most viewers enjoy this version of the show, though some prefer the English dub. Initially, there was no information about when the dub would be available, but Crunchyroll recently provided an update.
