Shortly after arriving in Lumiose City in Pokemon Legends: Z-A, players will meet Mable, the director of the Pokemon Research Center. She’ll ask for help with her research by giving players a series of tasks. These tasks include completing the Lumiose Pokedex and catching specific types of Pokemon. There are 49 tasks in total, and many of them have multiple stages to complete.
In Pokemon Legends: Z-A, players will earn points by completing different tiers. As they accumulate points, their research level will increase. There are 50 research levels in the game, and players receive a reward each time they level up—mostly Technical Machines (TMs). If players finish all of Mable’s requests, they’ll also get a Master Ball and a Shiny Charm.
