6 Upcoming Sanji Fights In The Final Saga Of One Piece

While the Straw Hat Pirates might not be the absolute strongest crew, they have several incredibly skilled fighters, including Luffy, Jinbe, Zoro, and Sanji. Sanji, the crew’s cook, is a particularly powerful member, and the author, Oda, is planning major battles for him in the final saga. Fans are anticipating intense fights for Sanji, possibly against opponents like Saint Mars or even Saint Killingham, and are eager to see how his story unfolds.

Saint Rimoshifu Killingham

A Member of the Holy Knights

Killingham is one of four powerful knights who recently arrived on Elbaf, along with Gunko, Shamrock, and Sommers. He seems like the ideal opponent for Sanji. Gunko is likely to fight Luffy, and Sommers, being a swordsman, is more suited for a battle against Zoro.

That leaves only Killingham, who possesses the amazing ability of the Kirin Mythical Zoan. Sanji would be an ideal opponent for him in Elbaf, but Sanji needs to master Conqueror’s Haki just to have a chance against Killingham’s immortality.

Brogy

A Former Ally Turned Enemy

Brogy, similar to Dorry, was once a friend to the Straw Hat Pirates. But during the events on Elbaf, Imu used a dark power called the Demonic Contract – Akuwaru, followed by Domi Reversi – to turn him against them. As a result, Brogy now possesses greatly enhanced abilities, along with immortality and the power to endlessly regenerate.

Dorry and Brogy are incredibly powerful, potentially on par with the strongest pirates – the Yonko – and their defeat could be split between Sanji and Zoro. Similar to the dynamic between the Holy Knights and the Five Elders, Sanji would need to develop and fully control Conqueror’s Haki just to stand a chance against Brogy.

Sir Crocodile

A Member of The Cross Guild

The Cross Guild is a recently emerged powerful group in the world of One Piece. It was founded by Buggy, who has surprisingly become one of the Four Emperors (Yonko), and includes strong members like Dracule Mihawk and Sir Crocodile. While fans anticipate a future battle between Zoro and Mihawk, it’s unclear who Sanji might face within the Cross Guild.

Although it’s unlikely right now, Sir Crocodile is currently the only opponent available for this character to face. This wouldn’t be a new situation – we’ve seen Straw Hat pirates fight former Luffy rivals before, like Zoro’s battle against Rob Lucci on Egghead.

Admiral Kizaru

Many One Piece fans are eager to see Sanji fight Admiral Kizaru. Kizaru’s Devil Fruit, the Pika Pika no Mi, allows him to fight with incredibly fast, kicking-based attacks – a style very similar to Sanji’s. Sanji is already known as a tremendously fast and powerful kicker, and while they briefly clashed on Egghead Island, fans are hoping for a full-scale battle between the two.

Kuzan

A Former Admiral of the Marines

I’m still reeling from the news! Kuzan, you might remember him as Admiral Aokiji, has actually joined forces with Blackbeard! It’s insane to think about. He’s unbelievably strong, thanks to his Ice-Ice Fruit, and honestly, he’s right up there with Akainu, our current Fleet Admiral. It’s a huge power shift!

A fight between Kuzan and Sanji would be an exciting clash of ice and fire. With Luffy likely facing Blackbeard and Zoro battling Shiryu, Kuzan is a logical opponent for Sanji. This is especially true considering Kuzan previously kidnapped Pudding from Whole Cake Island, and Sanji will likely be the one to rescue her and hold Kuzan accountable.

Saint Marcus Mars

A Member of the Five Elders

I watched as the Five Elders, or Gorosei, directly confronted the Straw Hat Pirates and their friends on Egghead. What really struck me was how powerful they all were – they seemed immortal and each of them could transform into these incredible, monstrous forms, which they call Yokai. One Elder in particular, Saint Marcus Mars, seemed especially strong and I could easily see him becoming a major rival for Sanji down the line.

Saint Mars’s Yokai is a massive bird with fire abilities, making for an exciting fight that would really highlight Sanji’s strength in aerial combat – something he considers his specialty. However, Sanji needs to master Conqueror’s Haki first, and that’s expected to happen during the Elbaf arc. Once he does, he’ll be prepared to take on Mars.
