A new trailer for Marvel Tokon: Fighting Souls was revealed at today’s State of Play Japan, announcing a second closed beta and the game’s playable characters.

The new fighting game from Guilty Gear creators, ARC System Works, brings Marvel superheroes to life. Players have already had a taste through a closed beta and at the EVO event, and early impressions are positive given ARC System Works’ history of quality games. Second Closed Beta for Marvel Tokon: Fighting Souls Coming December 5th-7th, 2025

The latest trailer showcases new gameplay footage from Marvel Tokon: Fighting Souls, revealing new stages like the X-Mansion and some recognizable characters. Excitingly, a closed beta for PlayStation 5 has been announced! It will run for 72 hours, from December 5th to December 7th, and will include characters not featured in the first beta, such as Spider-Man and Ghost Rider.

The next beta test will be open to everyone who participated in the first one. Plus, if you signed up for the first beta but didn’t get a chance to play, you’ll now be considered for this one. Here’s the schedule: CPU battles and online matches will be available on December 5th and 6th, followed by online matches only on December 7th.
