This suggests he possesses incredible power. The reason for his youthful appearance is likely due to his partially cursed nature, as he was born by Kenjaku with a specific goal in mind. Furthermore, Yuji inherited the powers of the Death Paintings, who lived for over 150 years, contributing to his longevity. Yuji has never been a typical human, and that explains why he still looks so young.
