Overwatch 2 Reveals Twitch Drops for Mid-Season 19 Update

Overwatch 2 is offering free in-game goodies through a new Twitch promotion! From now until November 25th, watch any Overwatch 2 stream on Twitch for up to 9 hours to earn two spooky sprays, a standard Loot Box, and an Epic Loot Box. You don’t even need to play the game to claim them – just link your accounts and watch!

Okay, so the mid-Season 19 update for Overwatch 2 is finally here! I’m super excited about the new Story feature – it looks like a cool way to dive deeper into the game’s lore. They’ve also tweaked a bunch of hero balances, which is always good. But the biggest thing for me? The Cyber Fuel Junkrat Mythic skin is awesome! And there’s a new game mode called Spirit Showdown, which is totally chaotic. Basically, you randomly switch heroes every time you get a kill or die twice. It’s wild, but a lot of fun!

How to Get Overwatch 2 Mid-Season 19 Twitch Drops

To mark the new release, Overwatch 2 is offering Twitch Drops! Between now and November 25th, you can earn fun rewards just by watching Overwatch 2 streams on Twitch. Watch up to nine hours of any streamer to unlock two cute, spooky sprays—featuring a stitched cat, teddy bear, and pumpkin—along with a standard and an Epic Loot Box. Simply link your Twitch account to your Battle.net account, tune into an eligible stream, and claim your rewards to get them added to your game!

  • Connect Battle.net and Twitch accounts
  • Watch any channel in the Overwatch 2 category on Twitch from now through November 25, 11:58 PM PT to earn the following rewards:
    • 1.5 Hour: Cute Experiment Spray
    • 3 Hours: Cute Haunts Spray
    • 5 hours: Common Loot Box
    • 9 hours: Epic Loot Box
  • Once complete, claim rewards from the Twitch Drops inventory
  • Loot Boxes will automatically appear in Overwatch 2

Players can now find brand new sprays in Overwatch 2 that weren’t available before. Even though they arrived a little after Halloween, they fit well with the rewards earned during the Spirit Showdown event. Also, any Loot Boxes players are holding onto are tied to Season 19 and will unlock automatically when Season 20 begins on December 9th, so there’s no need to save them.

Good news for Overwatch 2 players! You can earn extra rewards by watching the Overwatch Champions Series World Finals from November 26th to 30th. These rewards include Loot Boxes, Battle Pass skips, and exclusive skins. Plus, before November 25th, you can get an Epic Loot Box by completing eight challenges in the Spirit Showdown event. From November 20th to 23rd, Junkrat’s Loot Hunt offers a chance to earn up to nine Common Loot Boxes.
