The community’s recognized social media marketing manager for Shiba Inu, who goes by the name Lucie, recently disseminated a significant statement attributed to the enigmatic figurehead of SHIB, Shytoshi Kusama.
Lucie stressed that this message is important to listen to once again. It was delivered by Shytoshi Kusama during the Blockchain Futurist Conference, which annually runs parallel to ETHToronto and ETHWomen in Canada. All of those took place a week ago.

This August, when Kusama delivered his verbal message in Toronto, I couldn’t help but feel a sense of admiration for what they have managed to accomplish.

The number of SHIB holder accounts has also skyrocketed, reflecting the widespread interest in this cryptocurrency. In 2023, SHIB was the most searched crypto globally, as confirmed by Shytoshi. Shytoshi highlighted various achievements credited to the Shiba Inu team and their community. However, Kusama chooses to keep his identity concealed. In an interview with a well-mannered media outlet from the UAE, when asked if he would ever unmask himself in the future, Kusama replied that he prefers the mask to gain notoriety (as he has made public appearances while wearing a mask), but he does not plan on disclosing his identity to the public.
