Concord Isn’t Done Yet – It’s Still Appearing in Secret Level

As a seasoned gamer with over two decades under my belt, I’ve seen games come and go, some leaving lasting impressions while others are quickly forgotten. Concord, the game that was doomed from the start, is one of those forgettable titles. However, it seems fate has given this failed game another chance at glory in Prime Video’s Secret Level!

Today marks the offline period for Concord, a relatively new platform, leaving behind hundreds of enthusiastic players with a sense of disappointment. In an unexpected turn of events, Concord experienced a rapid collapse, attributed to a poorly executed marketing strategy, absence of pre-existing fanbase, high pricing, and unpopular character designs that failed to resonate with the community.

The game won’t disappear entirely. Reports suggest that it might be featured in Prime Video’s Secret Level, a series mentioned by Tim Miller during the opening night live showcase at Gamescom.

Forgotten But Not Gone

Although the game Concord didn’t thrive, there’s potential for it to flourish as an animated episode within Secret Level, a 15-episode collection spotlighting diverse franchises such as God of War, Crossfire, Armored Core, and naturally, Concord.

Each game is set to receive a self-contained, single-episode release within the Secret Level series, which created quite a stir at the Gamescom’s Opening Night Live presentation.

According to a recent report by IGN, sources connected to the production have verified that Concord will continue to be part of Secret Level, despite the fact that the game’s initial reception was poor and it failed to connect with audiences upon release.
