I’ve been trying to track one down, and I put together this guide to share everything I’ve learned about where to find it, and then what you need to do to evolve it once you finally do! Here’s everything I’ve figured out.

How to Get Galarian Farfetch’d in Pokemon Legends Z-A

In Pokémon Legends: Z-A’s Mega Dimension DLC, you can find Galarian Farfetch’d in 3-Star Fighting-type Hyperspace Wild Zones, and even more rarely in higher-ranked zones. Because it’s a very uncommon Pokémon, players might need to reset the Hyperspace Wild Zone several times before one appears.

After beating and catching Mega Heatran in Hyperspace Lumiose Survey No. 5, we started seeing a lot more 3-Star zones, and that’s where we finally found a Galarian Farfetch’d in a 3-Star Hyperspace Wild Zone. If you’re struggling to find this Pokémon, try making more progress in the DLC’s main story – it seems to increase your chances of finding it.

How to Evolve Galarian Farfetch’d into Sirfetch’d in Pokemon Legends Z-A

In Pokemon Legends: Z-A, Galarian Farfetch’d can evolve by landing three critical hits during a single battle. A simple way to do this is to have it use the move False Swipe against a weak Pokemon while equipped with the Leek, which greatly increases the chance of landing a critical hit.

After teaching your Galarian Farfetch’d both False Swipe and Leek, repeatedly use False Swipe against wild Pokémon. Doing so enough times will allow your Farfetch’d to evolve into Sirfetch’d.

Even when a Pokémon is down to 1 HP, the move False Swipe can still land a critical hit, though the game won’t display a critical hit message.

How to Get False Swipe

Galarian Farfetch’d can learn the move False Swipe at level 25. Since Pokémon found in 3-Star Hyperspace Wild Zones are typically between levels 20 and 24, you won’t need to do much leveling to get your Farfetch’d to learn it.

How to Get Leek

Begin Side Mission 133, “Farfetch’d Ambush!”, located near the Juane Pokemon Center to the east. Completing the mission will give you a free Leek and the False Swipe TM. However, since Farfetch’d already learns False Swipe, the TM isn’t essential.
