Escape from Tarkov Has Sold One Million Copies in One Month

Escape from Tarkov, the popular extraction shooter, has reached a major milestone: over one million copies sold since the official 1.0 release on November 15th. The game received a significant update in November, officially launching it as a fully finished product, and sales have skyrocketed ever since.

Players have collectively spent an incredible 15,410 years playing the game since November 15th. That’s the same as completing more than 200 million full raids on the Customs map!

Escape from Tarkov (Still) on Top

Many players consider Escape from Tarkov to be the best extraction shooter available. While other games in the genre are emerging, it consistently remains the most popular choice. ARC Raiders presented a strong challenge recently, but Escape from Tarkov continues to thrive.

Escape from Tarkov officially launched on November 15th after nearly ten years in development as an alpha and beta. With the 1.0 update now live, Battlestate Games is focusing on what’s next, including new games, downloadable content, and a possible release on consoles.

To mark reaching one million players, the creators of Escape from Tarkov have released a new promo code for everyone!
