Okay, so in ARC Raiders, the first thing you need to do for ‘Deciphering the Data’ quest is head over to the Fuel Control building and use the Magnetic Decryptor. After that, there are a few more steps, but that’s how it kicks off – pretty straightforward!

The Fuel Control building is located northeast of the Spaceport, right beside the Rocket Assembly area. The Rocket Assembly area is a good place to find medium-tier loot, including Industrial and Exodus items like Rusted Gears in ARC Raiders. Fuel Control itself doesn’t offer any loot, but it’s a standard area where players can find Mechanical and Electrical items.
