So, the Cold Snap update for ARC Raiders is finally here, and it’s added a bunch of new stuff to do! The maps are now super cold, which is cool, but there’s this new event called Flickering Flame that I’m really into. Basically, you have to run around the maps and collect these things called Candleberries from bushes. They don’t spawn in the same place every time, which can be annoying, but I’ve found a few spots where they seem to show up way more often, so that’s where I’m heading to farm them!
Candleberry Locations in ARC Raiders (Best Farm Method)
If you want to find Candleberries in ARC Raiders, you need to play a match when the “Cold Snap” weather condition is active. Candleberry bushes only appear during Cold Snap, so be sure to bring extra healing supplies to stay alive in the freezing temperatures.
The Cold Snap event is now live on Dam Battlegrounds, Buried City, Spaceport, and The Blue Gate. Here’s where to find Candleberries in ARC Raiders on those maps (Stella Montis is not included).
Candleberries are a natural item, and areas that commonly give natural items (marked with a leaf icon on the map) will also have more bushes.

| The Blue Gate | The Trapper’s Glade and the Olive Grove are two of the best locations to get Candleberries in The Blue Gate map in ARC Raiders. Multiple bushes have also been spotted near the Highway Collapse landmark and the greenery near Checkpoint. |

Other Ways to Get Candleberries in ARC Raiders
You can also find Candleberries in ARC Raiders by searching baskets hidden inside buildings and small huts. Each basket has a chance to contain up to six Candleberries, letting you quickly gather a large supply.
In ARC Raiders, Raider Caches are a good source of Candleberries. However, when playing on the Cold Snap map, you’ll need to use the Raider Tool to open them before you can collect the items inside.
Okay, so when I’m hunting for Candleberries, I usually find between two and six in those secret spots. The biggest tip? Pay attention! Once you start hearing that ticking sound, that’s where they are, so focus in on it!
