Worldwide traders and investors are expressing worries due to the current crypto prices. Bitcoin‘s price has dipped back down to around $58K, and most significant alternative cryptocurrencies have predominantly moved in a downtrend as well. The overall value of the global cryptocurrency market dropped by 3.93%, settling at approximately $2.02 trillion today. However, despite this dip, the total market volume has increased by 33.54% to reach $51.74 billion.

Crypto Prices Today: BTC, ETH, SOL, & XRP Wane

Today, Bitcoin’s price dropped to around $58,000, causing Ethereum to dip below $2,300 as well. Furthermore, Solana and Ripple saw a decrease of 4%-5%, fueling market worries despite the upcoming U.S. FOMC meeting. Interestingly, even with increased speculation about a potential 50 basis point interest rate reduction, the crypto market is experiencing choppy waters.

As a crypto investor, I’ve noticed an interesting trend – despite a staggering $403.81 million flowing into Bitcoin ETFs last week, we’re still experiencing a downturn. However, it’s reassuring to see that Bitcoin’s dominance has increased by 0.35%, reaching $51.74 billion. This growth is intriguing, especially considering Whale Alert’s data suggesting significant BTC hoarding over the weekend. These accumulations could be a promising sign for the crypto’s future direction.

Ethereum Price Today

The price of ETH experienced a significant drop, decreasing approximately 6% over the last 24 hours to reach $2,272. During this period, the coin’s lowest point was at $2,253.71, while its highest point was at $2,424.43.

As a crypto investor, I’ve noticed that the decrease in Ethereum’s price trend aligns with the significant weekly withdrawals totaling $12.92 million from Ethereum ETFs. At this moment, Ethereum’s market capitalization stands at approximately $273.94 billion.

Concurrently, the price of the cryptocurrency SOL fell by almost 5% to reach approximately $130.53 today. Its lowest and highest prices over the past 24 hours were $129.38 and $137.59, respectively. At this time, Solana’s market capitalization stood at around $61.1 billion.
