Disney Dreamlight Valley Releases New Code for the New Year

Hey everyone! As we’re getting close to the end of 2025, Disney Dreamlight Valley just dropped a new free gift code! They like to do this from time to time, letting us redeem codes for cool stuff, and this one gets you New Year Community Lanterns. Perfect for ringing in 2026 in the Valley!

I’ve been following Disney Dreamlight Valley since it first came out in early access back in September 2022, and wow, Gameloft has really worked hard on it! They originally planned for it to be free-to-play, but they ended up releasing the full game on December 5th, 2023, and it’s so much better for it. They’ve added tons of content over the last couple of years with expansions like the newest one, Wishblossom Ranch, which came out on November 19th. Those expansions do cost extra, but they also consistently give us free updates with new characters and goodies! Plus, they often share free codes for special in-game gifts, which is awesome.

New Disney Dreamlight Valley Code to Celebrate the New Year

I was so excited to find out about another freebie in Disney Dreamlight Valley! They’ve given us a new code, HAPPYNEWYEAR2026, and it gets you some really cute New Year Community Lanterns to decorate your valley with. I don’t know how long the code will work, so I’m definitely going to redeem it right away – you should too, before it expires!

It’s quick and easy to redeem codes in Disney Dreamlight Valley. You can do it right in the game’s settings menu. Just go to Help, then select “Redemption Code” and enter the code for the New Year Community Lanterns. Once you’ve entered the code, check your in-game mailbox for the item – it won’t show up in your inventory automatically. Keep in mind that items in your mailbox don’t last forever, so be sure to claim them promptly!

Disney Dreamlight Valley Released The Winter Ball Update in December

A new gift code is available for New Year Community Lanterns following a recent update to Disney Dreamlight Valley. The December 10th update, called The Winter Ball, added fresh content, fixed bugs, and improved the game. Highlights include the addition of Cinderella as a playable character, unlocked through quests, as well as the new DreamTeam feature and a new Star Path.

Even though 2025 has passed, Dreamloft is continuing to add new content to Disney Dreamlight Valley, with more planned for 2026. They recently shared a roadmap detailing updates for the first half of the year. Players can look forward to content inspired by Lady and the Tramp early in the year, followed by free updates themed around Pocahontas in the spring and Hercules in the summer. These additions will bring even more beloved characters to the game for players to enjoy in their valleys.
