As a seasoned adventurer who has traversed the war-torn landscapes of Enotria, I must say that Custode is undoubtedly one of the most intriguing characters I’ve encountered during my journey in The Last Song. This questing NPC, whom I first met behind a fallen column in Falesia Magna, has left an indelible mark on me, much like the graffiti adorning the walls of this beautiful yet blighted city.
Custode is definitely one of the most interesting characters in Enotria: The Last Song. The Maskless One will meet him in three different locations as they help him search for his friend. Sadly, similar to many NPC quests in the game, Custode’s one also doesn’t have a happy ending.
As you traverse the breathtaking yet conflict-ridden city of Falesia Magna during chapter 2, you’ll frequently encounter a character named Custode. Aiding him in his quest to locate his friend and completing his mission will grant players access to an exclusive conversation in the Theater of the Masks at game’s end in Enotria: The Last Song.
How To Trigger Custode Quest In Enotria: The Last Song
After you’ve triggered the initial Reality Knot in Falesia Magna, specifically in the Wall Outskirts area, continue forward past the gate and then take a right. At the end of this path, you’ll spot Custode concealed behind a collapsed pillar. Engage him in conversation to discover that he’s searching for an old acquaintance named Giangurgolo.
After reaching the Coastal Horror Knot’s Turf, take a left and ascend the stairs into a colossal structure. Engage the Hall of the Great Statue Enigma, then continue to the left. The Maskless One encounters Custode in solitude, lost in thought. He begins by explaining that this land is polluted, followed by urging you to locate his friend before it’s past hope. Regrettably, when you eventually find Custode in his third location, it will be too late.
Where To Find Giangurgolo In Enotria: The Last Song
In the game Enotria: The Final Song, players will stumble upon the Coliseum Reality Knot organically. Near a tree, you’ll find Custode who shares a heartfelt tale of his missing friend and Giangurgolo being in the Coliseum nearby. He requests that you battle on his behalf since he can’t confront a friend. In return, Custode promises a special reward once you complete the task.
To locate Giangurgolo in Enotria: The Last Song, descend the stairway where you’ll encounter three colossal figures. Dart to your right without being struck by any airborne rocks. Make your way into the Coliseum to discover Giangurgolo, a formidable warrior of Veltha who serves as an optional adversary.
In the battle ahead, your leader will launch multiple charged attacks. Notice his tail resembling a serpent, which instantly deals Sickness and Malanno damage. Once the combat concludes, put on Giangurgolo’s Mask and chat with Custode to wrap up the quest and secure Zealot’s Mask.
