As a seasoned gamer with decades of gaming under my belt, I can confidently say that the leaking of the Call of Duty: Ghosts Alpha walkthrough is both thrilling and frustrating at the same time. On one hand, it’s fantastic to get a sneak peek into the game’s storyline before its official release. On the other, it robs us of the joy of discovery when we finally get our hands on the full game.

A detailed guide for playing the Call of Duty: Ghosts Alpha, known internally as Phantom, was illegally published on the internet.

The video you’re watching contains gameplay footage taken from a version of the game released on May 8, 2023, which is just six months before its official launch. This indicates the intense effort and dedication the Call of Duty developers have put in during this short period.

Call of Duty’s new game was extraordinarily popular, even though the series deviated from the ‘Black Ops’ and ‘Modern Warfare’ labels (still, it didn’t sell as much as Black Ops 2 did initially). Within a day of its launch, it raked in over $1 billion in revenue, and by February 2024, it had been purchased by approximately 19 million players.

In November 5th, 2013, Call of Duty: Ghosts was made available for play across multiple platforms including the PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, Wii U, and PC.
