The release date for Beast of Reincarnation is set for Summer 2026, as announced at the recent Xbox Developer Direct 2026.
Game Freak, the creators of Pokémon, are making a new RPG that’s a lot different from their usual games – it’s a challenging, ‘souls-like’ experience. Based on what we’ve seen so far, it looks very promising!
Beast of Reincarnation Releases Summer, 2026
I’m so excited! It’s not just Forza Horizon 6 going to Japan – Beast of Reincarnation is too, but it’s going to be a really different experience. The trailers show a Japan that’s been totally wrecked by some kind of weird disease, and now it’s overrun with huge, scary monsters. It looks amazing, but definitely a lot more dangerous than the sunny vibes of Forza Horizon!
The game focuses on a unique bond between a player and their dog, Koo. You’ll team up to explore the remnants of Japan, tracking down and defeating dangerous creatures called Malefacts to heal a corrupted world.
Beast of Reincarnation is launching on Xbox, PC, and PlayStation at the same time.
