Arknights Endfield offers more than just combat and adventure. Between battles and exploration, you can relax and enjoy the world around you. The game even includes a Photo Mode, letting you capture cool sights and moments. However, the game doesn’t explicitly mention this feature, making it easy to miss, though it’s simple to find and use once you know it’s there.
How to Use Photo Mode in Endfield
As a player, I’ve found a really handy way to get into Photo Mode in Endfield. There’s this quick access wheel button on the right side of the screen, right above where your Operator skills are. If you hold it down, a wheel pops up, and you should see ‘Camera’ as one of the options. Just select it, and you’re in!
Photo Mode offers some basic customization. You can change the camera’s focus and zoom, and reposition it freely. You can also switch to a first-person view for closer shots. While you can’t directly pose your Operators or choose what they do when idle, you can control how they line up and whether they’re visible in the picture.
Endfield’s Photo Mode has the following options/features:
- Scene Controls let you show/hide Operators, NPCs, factory buildings, and item drops. It also has an aperture slider.
- Formation lets you adjust your team’s positions.
- Filters lets you change the color grading of your shot.
- Stickers lets you stick a decal on your screen.
Remember, you can’t move around while using Photo Mode unless you switch between controlling the character and the camera. The game will show you which button lets you do this.
Where to Find Saved Screenshots in Arknights Endfield
If you’re playing on a computer, screenshots taken with Endfield’s Photo Mode will automatically save to your Pictures folder. On phones or consoles, look for them in your device’s gallery. You can also simply hide the game’s interface and take a regular screenshot using your device’s built-in tools.
