Triple H is on the cover of the Deluxe Edition of WWE 2K26.
2K Games revealed on Twitter that wrestling legend Paul “Triple H” Levesque will be on the cover of the Deluxe Edition of the new WWE 2K26 video game, which they’re calling the “King of Kings Edition.”
Triple H is a two-time WWE Hall of Famer who has been featured in every WWE video game since his first appearance in ‘WWF In Your House’ in 1996. That initial game was released for PlayStation, Sega Saturn, and PC.
Throughout his career, he’s appeared on the cover of many magazines and video games, beginning with WWF Attitude in 1999. He’s been featured on the cover of popular WWE games like Shut Your Mouth, Day of Reckoning, and SmackDown vs. Raw 2007. But this cover is special – it’s the first time he’s been the sole figure featured on it.

This Is Not the Only Cover of WWE 2K26 Featuring Triple H
WWE 2K26 will include a special “Attitude Era” version, as revealed on January 23rd. The cover will showcase iconic WWE stars from the late 90s and early 2000s, including Triple H. The game’s trailer featured Triple H alongside Shawn Michaels, Chyna, and the rest of D-Generation X.
WWE revealed a special ‘Monday Night War’ version of their upcoming game, WWE 2K26. The cover features Triple H alongside wrestling icons like Steve Austin, Undertaker, The Rock, Chyna, and Kurt Angle. The game’s trailer highlights the intense competition between WWE and WCW in the late 1990s – a rivalry that significantly boosted wrestling’s popularity and helped it become a mainstream success.
WWE 2K26 Will Bring Back Classic Match Types Familiar to Longtime Triple H Fans
WWE 2K26 is adding four new ways to play, according to a report from TopMob. Players will be able to compete in the new Dumpster Match, and the returning Inferno Match, I Quit Match, and 3 Stages of Hell. All three of those returning match types have been featured in matches wrestled by Triple H in the past. The game will also bring back The Island, complete with a brand new story.
Currently, 2K Games hasn’t revealed any plans for downloadable content for this year’s game. But WWE has announced that the Monday Night War Edition will include the most content available.
You can pre-order the game starting January 30th, but we don’t know the official release date or how much it will cost just yet. Past WWE 2K games usually came out in March, and we’ll share any new details about WWE 2K26 as soon as we have them.
