As a seasoned adventurer in the realm of Throne and Liberty, I can confidently say that Manasteel is an integral part of my arsenal. This versatile crafting component has been instrumental in my quest for blue weapons early on, and I’ve come to appreciate its significance more than any other common ore.
In the game Throne and Liberty, Manasteel is among the vital materials players require. It serves as a key component in crafting various equipment, and if you aim to acquire a good quality blue weapon early, you’ll find yourself needing a substantial amount of Manasteel to produce the necessary items.
Farming Manasteel will take some time, but if you know where to look, you can get a lot of these ores fairly quickly. Expect to do a lot of running around, so while you’re at it, try to complete some Contracts in Throne and Liberty so you can maximize your gains.
Where To Find Manasteel in Throne And Liberty
You’ll primarily acquire this crafting material by mining Moonstones, which are rock formations that players might stumble upon in the most unexpected spots across the map. When you break a Moonstone node, it typically gives about six common Manasteel. Additionally, opening Gigantic Moonstones can yield more Manasteel and Pure Gold too. Moonstone nodes can be found scattered throughout the map.
One excellent starting point for finding Moonstone is near the lighthouse in Windhill Shores. Head towards that location’s waypoint, and then proceed towards the lighthouse while keeping an eye on your mini-map for crystal symbols, which will signify the positions of Moonstone deposits. Urstella Fields is also worth visiting if you need additional Manasteel, as there’s a chance that Fighter and Tradepack Goblins in this area may drop them.
There are a few things to know about mining in Throne and Liberty:
- Ore veins are one-time-use only, and they will disappear if other players get to them first.
- Weather effects like rain will cause some ore veins to yield different materials.
- Ore veins are generated procedurally and often don’t respawn in the same place. After mining one, move somewhere else, or loop along your route again.
In certain elevated locations like the Monolith Wastelands, Moonstone veins occasionally yield superior-grade Manasteel.
What To Do With Manasteel Early
In my gaming adventures, I’ve come to learn that Manasteel is essential for crafting top-notch weapons and armor using the artisans found in major towns. The better the quality of Manasteel you have, the better the gear you can create. However, not every drop from monsters or exploration will yield high-quality Manasteel. That’s why I often find myself visiting my local Weapons Crafter in town to upgrade my Manasteel and improve my equipment.
Players might not be aware that it’s possible to acquire blue-level weapons and armor from the Resistance gear line using the Lithograph. To access these items, first navigate to the Lithograph menu, then in the search bar, type “Resistance”. You’ll find a list of craftable items there. Apart from Manasteel, you will also require various other materials such as Magic Powder for the crafting process.
Essentially, you should create the eco-friendly variants of the specified items and hand them over to the Lithograph. In other words, if you’re aiming for the Plate Armor of the Resistance, you’ll need to fabricate all four craftable, green, metal armor sets.
