After you make a Mii and they’ve moved to your island, you can press the Y button to bring up a menu of all your Miis. Choose the Mii you want to find, then press A twice to instantly go to where they are on the island.

Embark hasn’t given us a firm date yet, but the Riven Tides update, which includes a new map, is scheduled to hit sometime this month, and a lot of people are guessing it’ll be on Tuesday, April 28th.
