Where to Find Quality Timber in Heartopia

In Heartopia, making things isn’t about learning how – it’s about finding the right materials. Some materials are easy to get right away, while others take more work. Quality Timber is one of the trickier resources to find. If you want to avoid spending ages chopping down trees in Heartopia, this guide will show you how to get Quality Timber quickly and easily.

Where to Find Quality Timber in Heartopia

You can get Quality Timber from any tree in Heartopia, but it’s rare if you only chop down the common trees near town. Those trees usually give you regular Timber, and trying to get Quality Timber from them can be really frustrating.

If you’re looking for Quality Timber, your best bet is to search along the coast, particularly on beaches. You’ll find palm trees there that are different from the ones in town, and these palm trees are much more likely to drop Quality Timber. While they can still give you regular Timber, you’ll find Quality Timber appearing much more frequently near the shore than anywhere else.

Near the lake’s forest areas, you’ll discover larger, more substantial trees that have a rougher appearance. These trees often yield one or two pieces of high-quality wood when cut down.

When you’ve located the trees you want to chop, select your axe from your inventory and equip it. Stand close to the tree and interact with it to begin cutting. Once the tree falls, be sure to collect the dropped items. You might find standard Timber, higher-quality Timber, or a combination of both. Keep in mind that even in good spots, you won’t always get Quality Timber with every tree.

If you don’t get Quality Timber right away, just move to the next palm tree and keep chopping. Beaches are great for farming because they have lots of palm trees close to each other.

How to Use Quality Timber in Heartopia

As you play longer, you’ll find yourself using Quality Timber a lot. You need it to make better furniture that’s more comfortable, unlock fancier decorations, and improve your house.

Okay, so as I’ve been playing, I’ve noticed that the better stuff I try to craft needs ‘Quality Timber’ instead of just regular wood. It’s not a one-time thing either – I’m gonna keep needing it as I level up my crafting, so it’s good to keep stocking up!
