In High on Life 2, while exploring the strange world of Prismeria, you’ll come across an upcoming execution featuring a bow-shaped Gatlian named Bowie. You’ll initially find the execution area blocked by an iron gate, but the power needed to open it isn’t working. If you want to fix the problem and get your next weapon, here’s how to open the jammed gate in High on Life 2.

To get past the broken gate, you’ll need to use Sheath’s charged spike Trick Shot – the same ability you used at PoolCon, RailCon, and HumanCon. But the real challenge isn’t using the ability, it’s where to aim it. Look for the small building with the smoking chimney across from the locked gate – that’s where your first spike needs to land.

The biggest challenge is figuring out how to position the amplifiers so each one has an unobstructed view. This will likely involve rearranging things in your space – uncovering one amplifier and moving another to get them aligned.

Find the ‘Cool S’ statue – you might recognize it from old doodles. It has two amplifiers, but one is positioned incorrectly. To fix this, shoot the bottom part of the statue until it falls and ends up below the top part. You’ll need to walk around the statue so it’s between you and the blocked gate in High on Life 2. Don’t worry, shooting it won’t move the statue itself. This will connect both amplifiers.

You can connect the next power spike to the amplifier immediately to the right of the blocked gate. But to reach the last amplifier, you’ll need to go to the staircase on the right side of the blocked gate. At the top, you’ll find a stack of yellow rocks – shoot them to uncover the final amplifier.

If you go into the building to the left at the top of the stairs, you can unlock the Brain Drain upgrade for Creature, making his mind control power recharge faster. To do this, you’ll need to sneak past the owner, turn left, and then left again through a door to solve a puzzle that guides Creature’s helpers through a laser grid.

After you find the amplifier hidden behind the rocks, you can connect it to the one near the gate. Then, connect that one to the blocked gate to finally open it. Don’t delay – someone needs your help!
