CZ Shares Crypto Selfie with Legendary “Hide The Pain Harold” Meme Guy

As an analyst with a keen eye for detail and a rich background in the crypto sphere, I find this latest development surrounding Changpeng Zhao (CZ) both intriguing and somewhat amusing.

As an analyst, I just noticed that the renowned co-founder and ex-CEO of Binance, Changpeng Zhao (CZ), shared a photo taken at a recent cryptocurrency gathering.

At the Binance Blockchain Week in Dubai, CZ was spotted, and it’s believed he took a selfie with someone resembling the iconic figure from a widely recognized meme. Various commentators have posted additional images to verify that the individual in question is András Arató.

CZ and “Harold” in one selfie

In a selfie posted by CZ, both him and András Arató (the Hungarian man known for the “Hide the Pain Harold” meme) are present, sipping on drinks – whether it’s tea or coffee. This meme gained notoriety due to Arato’s facial expression; he appears to be smiling, but it seems forced, leading people online to believe that he’s grinning through some internal turmoil, pain, or discomfort.

Andras Arato is frequently invited to public functions, particularly ones focused on memes. Nevertheless, it appears that he also has an interest in cryptocurrency, as evidenced by his attendance at the Binance Blockchain Week and snap with CZ (Changpeng Zhao).

The Binance co-founder commented on that photo, saying: “Who said crypto is stressful?”

CZ releases new project in beta

Just yesterday, I was thrilled to learn that CZ has officially launched the beta version of his latest endeavor – the Giggle Academy. This remarkable initiative, which operates on a non-profit basis, provides tuition-free instruction in Mathematics, English, and blockchain technology to underprivileged children worldwide.

As a crypto investor, I recently shared that the Giggle Academy has commenced its closed beta phase. Approximately 2,400 invitations have been extended, and presently, we’ve already got a couple of hundred testers on board. “Early days,” CZ stated, echoing a term frequently used within our crypto community, particularly when discussing Bitcoin.

GiggleAcademy commenced its soft launch, extending 2400 invites and currently counting several hundred users for testing purposes. The initial stage is still ongoing.

It’s worth mentioning that while dealing with an issue, CZ responded on their respective platform. The matter concerned a situation where numerous users received invitations via email containing links to potentially unsafe content or files for download. One of the X platform users inquired about the safety of these links and the files associated with them.

The founder of the project tweeted that inviting people via e-mail is “a huge security hazard”. He promised to fix this issue.

As an analyst, I would rephrase it like this: This year, I (Changpeng Zhao, also known as CZ) served a four-month prison sentence following my guilty plea to charges of aiding money laundering and breaching U.S. securities laws. Subsequently, both the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) and Binance’s current CEO, Richard Teng, have prohibited me from operating Binance again.
