I watched the start of Season 2 of Mission: Yozakura Family on April 12th, and it felt really good to see the family finally start dealing with some old emotional hurts. It was a bit clumsy and funny watching them try, but it felt like a peaceful moment that probably won’t last. This show isn’t a simple comedy, and I have a feeling Taiyo’s challenges are far from over – things are likely to get intense soon, maybe even as early as the next episode.
