You can find the Exchange Shop within the in-game store. It lets you trade specific items – 5 Star Trace Crystalloids, 50 Star Trace Fragments, or 300 Star Fragments – to get one Regular Hero Draw Ticket.

Hero Pick Up Draw Tickets

Hero Pick Up Draw Tickets are used in a special gacha system that guarantees you’ll get a featured SSR character within 80 draws. Although they’re primarily purchased, you can earn some for free simply by playing daily.
