My previous comment might have upset some people, but I want to be clear: even though I’m part of Gen Z and don’t idealize the past, I deeply appreciate gaming history, particularly the games made by Rare. I completely recognize the huge influence of titles like GoldenEye 007, Banjo-Kazooie, and Donkey Kong Country on their respective genres and the generations who played them. However, Sea of Thieves is truly one of a kind. There’s no other game – and certainly no other live service game – that offers such a unique experience, with its distinct visuals, sound, and focus on player freedom.

I’ve been brainstorming for our next D&D session, and I’ve found 10 monsters that I think could really throw the players for a loop! They might not lead to epic, dragon-slaying moments, but I have a feeling these encounters will force everyone to think outside the box and really work together – which is always a good thing, right?

Imu is the most powerful leader of the World Government. They come from the Nerona family, one of the twenty nations that joined forces to destroy the Ancient Kingdom, fearing its power. Imu not only watched the kingdom fall but also founded the World Government as it exists today.

In Arknights: Endfield, there are two main ways to equip Wulfgard. You can build him without focusing on a specific gear set, instead choosing random pieces that maximize his Ultimate Gain Efficiency. However, it will lower his overall damage output, which is fine if other members of your team can handle the damage.

The idea that Xbox is focusing more on software than hardware isn’t new – people have been discussing it since the days of the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. This came about because Microsoft seemed hesitant to invest heavily in exclusive games, unlike Nintendo and Sony, though Microsoft often denied these claims and said they were still committed to strong first-party titles. However, things have changed recently. Following the poor launch of Redfall, Microsoft Gaming CEO Phil Spencer has downplayed the importance of exclusives, and Xbox President Sarah Bond recently called the strategy “antiquated.” Despite this shift, both leaders insist Xbox isn’t abandoning consoles altogether, but their future plans might surprise some fans.

Today’s approach to dungeon traps focuses on player engagement rather than sudden shocks. A trap that requires a specific action, like a verbal check, often leaves a bigger impression than one that’s purely random. Well-designed traps offer hints, and the best ones present challenges that make players creatively problem-solve. The point isn’t to punish players unfairly, but to reveal details about the dungeon, the story’s antagonist, or the game world in a natural way, fostering a stronger connection between players. Ultimately, the most memorable traps aren’t the deadliest, but the ones that were thoughtfully crafted and sparked the most discussion and teamwork.

Naruto Uzumaki becomes one of the most powerful characters in the series, but he didn’t start that way. When he was younger, people often saw him as a failure. He struggled with even basic ninja skills, and his classmates and teachers frequently made fun of him while he was at the Academy.

Things shifted recently with Electronic Arts’ release of The Sims 25th Birthday Bundle. For just $39.99, the bundle offered players a chance to revisit the classic neighborhoods of Pleasantview and Old Town, bringing back fond memories.
