Cassius Morten’s armor is considered by many players to be the best-looking and most intimidating in Crimson Desert. It’s no surprise everyone is trying to find it, especially since armor sets are usually available from other bosses. Unfortunately, you can’t get Cassius Morten’s armor the same way, but there’s still hope!

A modder named ThyLD on Nexus Mods has made it possible for Kliff to wear the Cassius Morten armor set, and it’s very simple to install. If you want to give Kliff this armor in Crimson Desert, here’s how to do it.

Okay, so about Cassius Morten’s awesome armor – you can’t actually wear it in the game normally. It needs a mod to make it work. That means only PC players can get it, thanks to a modder named ThyLD. The cool thing is, it replaces either the Frostcursed or Scorchflame armor, so you’ll have to choose which one you’re willing to swap out to rock Cassius’s look!

How to Install Cassius Morten’s Armor Set Mod in Crimson Desert

  • First, you will need to head to Nexusmods.com to download and install the JSON Mod Manager by PhorgeForge.
  • Once installed, extract the zip file anywhere on your PC.
  • Enter the JSON Mod Manager file and double-click “mod_manager.exe” to run the software.
  • The .exe file should automatically find your Crimson Desert file location, but if it doesn’t, click “Browse” to manually find it.
  • Now, download ThyLD’s Cassius Morten Armor Set mod from Nexus.com, and choose between Frostcursed Armor Swap or Scorchflame Armor Swap.
  • Once downloaded, extract the file and then open up the JSON Mod Manager.
  • You can now drag and drop the Cassius Morten Armor Swap file into JSON Mod Manager.
  • Select “Armor Visual Swap” from the “Available” tab in the Mod Manager and hit the green arrow.
  • Finally, when “Armor Visual Swap” is in the “Active” tab, select “Apply Mods” on the bottom left.

How to Find the Cassius Morten Armor Set in Crimson Desert

  • Now that you’ve installed the mod of your choice, you just need to collect all pieces of either the Frostcursed or Scorchflame armor set (whichever file you selected to install) and equip them.
