To celebrate the launch of Overwatch’s Reign of Talon Season 2 (starting April 14, 2026), fans can earn free in-game rewards by watching Overwatch streams on Twitch. Watch any stream for a total of eight hours to receive two free Weapon Charms and Loot Boxes as Twitch Drops.
The second chapter of the Overwatch story, “Reign of Talon,” is now available. It introduces a new hero named Sierra, a special in-game event called Operation: Grand Mesa, and a version of the game for the new Nintendo Switch 2. This new season, titled “Summit,” continues the narrative from the first season, “Conquest,” and aims to build on the positive reception of the game’s recent relaunch.
How to Get Overwatch Reign of Talon Season 2 Twitch Drops
- Connect Twitch and Battle.net accounts
- Watch any channel in the Overwatch category on Twitch from now through May 10, 2026, 11:58 PM PT to earn the following rewards:
- 1 hour: Lilith Blade Weapon Charm
- 2 hours: Wolf Pup Weapon Charm
- 4 hours: Common Loot Box
- 8 hours: Epic Loot Box
- Once complete, claim rewards from the Twitch Drops inventory
- Rewards will automatically appear in Overwatch
Of course, the new Overwatch update includes Twitch Drops! From now until May 10th, you can earn the Lilith Blade and Wolf Pup Weapon Charms, plus a Common and Epic Loot Box, just by watching Overwatch streams on Twitch for up to eight hours. These Weapon Charms can be equipped on any hero, regardless of their character connection.
The Wolf Pup Weapon Charm was first available as a reward during the Halloween Terror 2023 event, earned by completing eight challenges. Now, you can also find it in Loot Boxes. The Lilith Blade Weapon Charm is brand new, and it’s designed like Vendetta’s Palatine Fang sword, but with a style inspired by the game Diablo 4.
Blizzard is bringing another collaboration between Overwatch and Diablo 4 to celebrate the upcoming Lord of Hatred expansion. So far, only a Mephisto-themed skin for Ramattra has been announced. However, a recently discovered in-game item, the Lilith Blade Weapon Charm, suggests that Vendetta might receive a Lilith skin as part of the event. Moira previously got a Lilith skin during the first Diablo 4 crossover last year, so it’s unclear what other skins will be included until Blizzard makes an official announcement.

Results
You can now earn a second set of rewards by watching Overwatch on Twitch! Until April 23rd, watch eligible streams to get four Battle Pass Tier Skips, the Overwatch Champion Series Home and Away Winston skins, and a Common and Esports Loot Box – all by watching up to 15 hours of streams. These rewards are a little different from regular Twitch Drops; not all streams will count towards them, and many will only offer progress during Overwatch Champion Series NA & EMEA matches. Luckily, watching these streams will contribute to both sets of Twitch Drops, so be sure to find qualifying channels to get the most rewards.
